How to make solar led street light fixture?

         Now more and more countries are plan to make solar led street light fixture.Because traditional street lamps need to use a lot of electricity and have labor costs,and solar led street light have a lot of benefits.How to make solar led street light fixture?Firstly,the designer need to know the technical data for the traditional street lamp.Probably speaking,the ratio of power between traditional street lamps and solar street lamps is 1:5.It mean that if AC sodium street lamp or AC halogen street lamp power is 100W,then you can chose 20 Watt led solar street lights. Secondly,solar led street light fixture designer need to calculate the solar panel and battery capacity.The solar panel and battery capacity should base on the light working time.Normally We design 20 Watt led solar street lights working time is 12 hours per night.Because it will have a lot of human appear in the road from 6PM to 12PM,and it will have less human or nobody appear in the road from 1AM to 6AM. In order to save the power,we can set 20 Watt led solar street lights work in 100% power in 6 hours,50% power in another 6 hours.Then when it is in 6PM to 12PM,the light is very bright.When it is in 1AM to 6AM,the light will be use in 50% power status,save half of the power. Thirdly,traditional street lamp pole have not included solar panel support and battery support.So it need to add solar panel support and battery support in solar led street light fixture project.The solar panel support size should base on solar panel drawing,solar panel drawing include solar panel size and solar panel frame hole position.Use suitable screw fix the solar panel on the solar panel bracket.
